The "One Bouquet" Test That Reveals Your Best Customers

Not all bouquets are equal. Some attract loyal, long-term customers. Others attract churn. Here's a simple test every IPTV reseller should run to find their ideal customer profile.


Panel IPTV allows you to create custom bouquets. Most resellers throw everything together. But a Revendeur IPTV in Sweden ran an experiment: he created a single bouquet called "Starter." Then, offer your full bouquet as a "Premium" upgrade for customers who specifically request more channels. You'll still serve those customers. But you'll know they're more demanding. You can price accordingly.


Run this test for 90 days. Compare churn rates between Basic and Premium. I predict your Basic customers will outlast your Premium customers by a significant margin. That data will change how you build your IPTV reseller offers forever.
